At Industrial Gate, we implement strategies focused on optimizing energy use in our operations, prioritizing efficiency and the adoption of technologies that reduce our consumption and associated emissions.
Our developments incorporate high-efficiency LED lighting systems, low-energy equipment, and automation solutions that allow for more precise resource control.
Likewise, we continuously monitor key energy performance indicators (KPIs), which allows us to identify areas for improvement, reduce operating costs, and minimize our environmental footprint, in line with criteria established by certifications such as EDGE and LEED.
The growth in consumption throughout 2025 mainly reflects the incorporation of new industrial buildings into the portfolio and the increased activity of our tenants, notably in the automotive and electronics sectors, rather than lower efficiency.
Energy consumption (MWh)
Aware of the importance of water as an essential resource, we have adopted measures to responsibly manage its consumption in our facilities.
In our industrial developments, we incorporate rainwater harvesting and utilization systems, water-saving fixtures, and technologies that allow for the reuse of the resource for irrigation and other non-potable uses.
Regular monitoring of our consumption helps us implement continuous improvements, ensuring that our operations maintain a responsible water balance and contribute to Sustainable Development Goal 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation).
The increase in consumption throughout 2025 is driven by the growth of the portfolio and our tenants' operations, as well as a greater demand for water to maintain green areas and ensure comfort across the properties.
Water consumption (m³)
In 2025 we advanced the measurement and traceability of the waste generated by our operation, giving us greater detail on its composition and disposal. Waste remained in temporary storage for an average of 5 days before final disposal.

Scope 2 (tCO₂e)
Scope 3 (tCO₂e)
At Industrial Gate, we periodically measure our carbon footprint, considering scopes 2 and 3, with the goal of establishing clear reduction targets and adopting concrete measures to achieve them.
Our actions notably include incorporating efficiency criteria from the design, development, and operation stages, and adopting sustainable building standards such as LEED and EDGE, which help reduce the energy consumption of our assets. We also strengthen the measurement and traceability of our emissions to broaden the coverage and accuracy of the information.
With these actions, we advance towards cleaner operations aligned with global commitments to climate change mitigation.
